At Nkolo Orthopaedics Rehabilitation Center, our Community Based Rehabilitation (CBR) program is a vital part of our mission to bring life-changing services directly to the people who need them most. Our CBR efforts are centered around outreach missions that extend beyond our facility, providing essential services, free artificial limbs, and comprehensive care to underserved communities.
Our team often travels to remote and disadvantaged areas, offering free prosthetics, orthotics, and other assistive devices to individuals who might otherwise go without. We conduct community outreach events that include medical treatments, rehabilitation services, and educational workshops aimed at empowering both individuals and entire communities. By teaching, training, and rehabilitating on the ground, we are not only addressing immediate needs but also fostering long-term, sustainable development.
Our follow-up care ensures that the support we provide continues to make a difference long after our initial visit. We believe in the power of ongoing relationships, working closely with local leaders and organizations to monitor progress, provide additional assistance, and ensure that each individual continues to thrive. Through these efforts, we are making a lasting impact—one community at a time.
